Welcome to SMJ Sports Cards & Collectibles (“SMJ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, participating in our live streams, or purchasing spots in breaks, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Breaks & Purchases

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By purchasing a spot, you are buying a chance to receive cards pulled for the team(s) assigned to you. You acknowledge that card breaks involve random chance and results are not guaranteed.

Team assignments are random unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping Policy

Cards will be shipped to the address provided at checkout or through the platform used (e.g., Whatnot).

Shipping timelines may vary but are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after the break.

SMJ Sports Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Product Condition

Cards are pulled live and shipped as-is. SMJ is not responsible for manufacturer defects, print lines, or condition issues originating from the product.

5. Shipping & Handling

We handle all cards with the utmost care, using sleeves and top-loaders for high-value pulls. Shipping typically occurs within 3-5 business days following a completed break. SMJ is not responsible for postal service delays or packages lost after tracking shows successful carrier acceptance.

6. Break Rules & Conduct

All participants must follow the rules stated during the live stream. SMJ reserves the right to remove or block users for inappropriate behavior.

7. Giveaways

Giveaways are offered at our discretion. No purchase is necessary unless otherwise stated. Giveaway results are final.

8. Limitation of Liability

SMJ Sports Cards & Collectibles is not liable for any losses resulting from participation in breaks, shipping delays, or manufacturer defects.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
